By creating an account or using Steal Run you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
What Steal Run is
Steal Run is a tool for run club captains to create and manage running events, and for runners to discover and join them. We are not a fitness tracker, race organizer, or insurance provider.
Your account
You must be 16 or older to use Steal Run. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. One person, one account.
Captains are responsible for the events they create, including accuracy of information, safety of participants, and compliance with local regulations (permits, insurance, etc.).
Acceptable use
You may not use Steal Run to:
- Create false or misleading events
- Harass, spam, or harm other users
- Scrape or automate data collection
- Attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use
Your content
You own the content you create (event descriptions, club info). By posting it on Steal Run you give us a license to display it as part of the service.
We may remove content that violates these terms or that we determine is harmful to other users or the platform.
Safety
Running involves physical risk. Steal Run is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur during events created on the platform. Captains are solely responsible for the safety of their events.
Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
Steal Run is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
