No. Runners sign up for events through a regular link — it works in the browser on any phone. One tap and a Google login is all it takes. Nothing to install.
You, as captain, open the event page and see the list of registered runners. You can check in manually one by one, or display the event QR code: each runner scans it and is automatically marked as present.
Yes, you can create as many events as you want in parallel. Each event gets its own dedicated page with a separate link and QR code. Schedule weekly, monthly, or one-off runs — no limits.
Your dashboard shows: events this month, active runners, total attendance over time, and who shows up regularly vs. who's at their first run. All the data you need to understand your club's real health.
Yes. When creating an event you can add a "run of show": checkpoints, water stops, pace notes, and instructions for runners. Everything appears on the event page you share.
Yes. You choose the visibility for each event: public (accessible to anyone with the link) or private. For private events, only people with the direct link can RSVP.
At the moment each account is linked to one club. If you manage multiple clubs, we recommend separate accounts to keep stats and rosters distinct.
Share the event link on WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram — wherever you want. The runner clicks, signs in with Google in one tap, and they're registered. You'll get a notification every time someone RSVPs.
Yes. You can delete any event from the dashboard. To delete your account, email us at info@stealrun.com and we'll handle it within 48 hours.
Yes. We use Firebase (Google Cloud) for data storage, with end-to-end encryption. We never sell user data or use it for advertising. Read our full Privacy Policy for all the details.
Yes, on both. The web app is optimized for mobile — iOS and Android. Runners don't need to install anything; captains access it from their browser or the web app.
